Delivery Options:
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 AUD via Australia Post
- Express Shipping: $13.99 AUD via Australia Post ($27 for purchases above 1.5kg in weight)
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $100 AUD (after discounts)
- Courier Shipping: Available for urgent orders. Prices vary by location, timeframe, and weight—contact us to arrange.
In-Store Pickup:
- Free from our Peakhurst Warehouse in Sydney.
- Orders typically ready within 2 business days (unless 4-7day dispatch is specified).
- Pickup is by appointment only, and the warehouse is not a showroom.
International (Outside Australia)
- Standard Shipping: Free! Local taxes or customs duties may apply. Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks, though customs can cause delays.
- Express Shipping: Additional charge (calculated at checkout). Delivery typically takes around 4-10 business days, with possible customs delays.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
Orders are personally customised in Sydney within 24–48 hours. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days, unless a 4–7 day dispatch is indicated.
- Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–4 business days
Can I upgrade to express shipping?
Yes! Choose Express Shipping at checkout or contact us to arrange Courier Shipping for urgent orders (additional cost).
How will my order be delivered?
- Single Ball: Delivered inflated (or inflated in gift box if purchased).
- Multiple Balls: Sent deflated to reduce shipping costs. Contact us if you want them inflated (additional shipping cost).
Australia: Delivered via Australia Post to your home, business, or PO Box when possible. If delivery cannot be completed (eg. no one is home, access issues, or item requires collection), the parcel may be redirected for collection at your nearest Post Office or Parcel Locker. You'll be notified by email, SMS or within the MyPost app — a physical collection card may not always be left.
International: Delivered via Australia Post and handed to a local courier for final delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel may be held at a nearby Post Office or Parcel Locker, and you'll be notified digitally via email, SMS, or MyPost (physical collection cards may not be issued).
Order Delayed?
We aim to deliver your order on time, but sometimes delays happen due to postal services or customs. If your order hasn’t arrived contact us immediately and we will follow up with the courier, please allow 7 business days for us to investigate. If it’s lost, we’ll resend it or offer a refund.
