Personalised Items
Please note that returns are not accepted for personalised items due to change of mind.

Non-Personalised Items
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
 
Change of Mind: You will need to cover postage to return the item to our warehouse in Peakhurst (Sydney, Australia).
 
Our Error or Product Defect: We will cover the return postage to our Peakhurst warehouse.
 
To start a return, please contact us at info@npaevents.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

My order is wrong or defective
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.We’ll investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or resend the correct item.

When will I be refunded?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

My ball is deflating — is this normal?
Yes, some gradual deflation is completely normal. The rate can vary depending on the ball’s quality, material, and how often it’s used.
 
Here’s what to know:
  • Natural deflation: All balls slowly lose air pressure over time, even when not in use, due to natural air leakage.
  • Usage: Regular play — especially in high-impact sports — can cause balls to deflate more quickly.
  • Re-inflation frequency: Depending on quality, some balls may need their pressure checked and topped up every 2–3 weeks, while higher-end models may last longer. It’s always a good idea to check your ball’s pressure before each game or training session.
 
If your ball is losing air immediately after inflation, that’s not normal and may indicate a leak or valve issue. Please take photo or video proof and email it to us at info@npaevents.com.au so our team can assist you as soon as possible. 
90 DAY DAMAGE POLICY
We provide a 90 day warranty on all product faults like broken stitching, air deflation or similar and anything reported within this period will be subject to inspection and repair or replacement



How is the order sent to me? (Single or Bulk Orders)

Australia: We use Australia Post to delivery to home and business addresses or PO Box numbers. If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your parcel unattended, Aus Post will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. Please contact your local post office for any special requests you may have with regards to delivery.

International: For international deliveries Aus post will send your delivery to your local courier to complete the final delivery. We use these services to deliver to home and business addresses or PO Box numbers. If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your parcel unattended, the delivery service will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office.

Single ball: Will be delivered inflated in a postal satchel or inflated in a postal box if a gift box has been purchased as well for an additional cost.

Multiple balls: Will be sent deflated in order to keep your shipping costs as low as possible due to size.
