How long will it take to deliver my order? We personalise everything individually in Australia within 4-7 days from ordering. You can expect for your order to be dispatched within 4-7 days after you have placed your order Once dispatched, delivery may take anywhere from one to two weeks for standard shipping and 1-4 business days for express shipping. You can check the status of your order via the tracking number sent to your emails

Can you express ship my order?While we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and if you are in a bigger rush express shipping is available at an additional cost

How much am I charged for delivery? Shipping and Handling fee will vary depending on the sale event. Generally standard shipping is $8.99 and express shipping is $13.99

How are my orders sent to me? We use AU Post so deliveries can be sent to your specified home address or PO Box number. If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your parcel unattended, AU Post will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. Please contact your local post office for any special requests you may have with regards to delivery. Please note that we are unable to make international deliveries.

How to Measure

All measurements are of your body using a tape measure

Chest: Measure around the widest point of your chest
Waist: Measure from the narrowest part of your torso
Hip: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips

Ensure the tape measure is kept flat for accurate measurements

Wash Instructions

• Turn your t-shirts inside out—a small yet crucial step to avoid scratches and friction and keep the printed area safe.
• Wash with cold water—opt for temperatures at or below 30°C (86°F) to be gentle on the print, preventing it from fading or shrinkage. 
• Delicate cycle—set your machine to a delicate cycle, ideally around 600 rpm to minimize friction.
• Soft detergent—use a mild detergent, as harsher detergents can cause the ink to fade or discolor.
• Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning, as it can be too harsh for the ink, degrading the print quality. 
• Avoid bleach—although it’s best not to use bleach, you can opt for a non-chlorine bleach, if necessary.

Drying Care Instructions

• Keep the t-shirt inside out.
• The best option would be to hang dry them.
• We recommend to avoid the dryer or use the lowest setting possible although this could potentially crack your print so is not advisable
