How long will it take to deliver my order? We personalise everything individually in Australia within 24-48 hours. You can expect for your order to be dispatched within a 2 days after you have placed your order (unless otherwise specified on the product page). Once dispatched, delivery may take anywhere from one to two weeks. You can check the status of your order via the tracking number sent to your emails

Can you express ship my order?While we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and if you are in a bigger rush express shipping is available at an additional cost

How much am I charged for delivery? Shipping and Handling fee will vary depending on the sale event. Generally standard shipping is $8.99 and express shipping is $13.99

How are my orders sent to me? We use AU Post so deliveries can be sent to your specified home address or PO Box number. If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your parcel unattended, AU Post will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. Please contact your local post office for any special requests you may have with regards to delivery. International deliveries are sent using a variety of local carriers depending on country

Our Personalised sports balls are printed and described as a semi permanant print when in use. We cannot guarentee exactly how long your print will last if using the ball however please use care tips below to maximise your print durability.

If using for display it will not fade, crack or peel and will last a lifetime

Care Tips

We recommend using our products for display purposes to keep the ball clean and the print vibrant. However all of our balls are proper training balls that can be used in gameplay.

Balls used for leisure, training or match purposes will result in the eventual wear and tear of your print. Depending on the type of use, type of ball, weather conditions, surface played on and other factors your print may be damaged faster than anticipated which is why we recommend for display purposes.

If you want to use the ball for training or game play we recommend the following to increase print durability but we cannot guarentee the exact life span of the print given the nature of different sports and uses

AFL/SOCCER/RUGBY: Recommended to be used on grass surfaces only.

BASKETBALL/NETBALL: Recommended to be used on indoor courts or smooth courts where possible. Outdoor courts can cause scratching to the ball.

Do not intentionally scratch your print with sharp objects as this could penetrate the print.

When cleaning use a smooth cloth without chemicals. Avoid rough cleaning surfaces.

Please note the colour of the ball may fade if exposed to extreme heat or if used on concrete and we cannot replace items that discolour as this is unavoidable unless kept for display
